Looking for a comedy night in Southampton that feels like a proper night out? Stand Up in the Basement brings live stand-up comedy to Papillon on Friday nights, right in the heart of the city near Bedford Place, opposite the Mayflower Theatre.
Our line-ups feature top TV names, circuit favourites and rising comics worth leaving the house for. Shows often sell out, and tickets go up by release tier, so book early for the best price.

SHOW TIME
Shows usually run from 8pm to around 10.30pm, with two short intervals.
SHOW FORMAT
Each night is hosted by MC Colin Owens and features a full line-up of stand-up comics, usually with an opening act, middle act and headline act.
